If you are Alumni of Troop 119 welcome and thank you for visiting our site. We have just started this section so it is a work in progress and hopefully many Alumni will help shape and form this section. To the right is a message board link that you can visit and leave us messages or share messages with other Alum.
We have spent a little bit of time trying to review the Troop history since it began in 1968 and there is some information that is readily available (Unit Charters and our own Scoutmaster Emeritus, Bob Beil) however there are always missing links. If there is historical information that you would like to provide or included in the history of Troop 119 feel free to email to webmaster@scout119.org. The historical point is very important as we grow from youth to adult it becomes a sanctuary for us to reminisce and be reminded of the beauty of Scouting.
Thus far the Troop has produced 33 Eagle Scouts in 42 years of service. This is a very important aspect however there are many who, for whatever reason, did not attain Eagle however were a part of the program and the program remains a part them. We want to reach out to everyone and bring you back into the perimeter of the program whether through periodic contact, special alumni outings, or through your visits to the virtual site here.
Although people come and go, the Troop remains and it is the Troop along with the colors that will serve as a rallying point for all members forever. This will always remain home to the fond memories of a camping trip, special meeting, or the ever so present mystic the Scouting program presents.
